The exhibits below depict matches alleged to have been contested between the principal parties to the present proceedings and equine subjects in evidently incapacitated condition. The Tribunal admits the exhibits in connection with its examination of equine participation in sanctioned play under Article VII § 1 of the standing rules and of the broader pattern of conduct under enquiry. The exhibits are published in their original sequence and without alteration.

Exhibit 014-A
Photographic evidence of an unsanctioned equine engagement contested by Ms. Lake against the equine subject in evidently incapacitated condition. Provenance: confidential informant of the WICC field observation programme.
Exhibit 014-B
A further engagement of the same series. The cribbage board, pegs, and a partial hand of cards are visible to the left of the equine subject; the subject’s posture is not consistent with active participation in the play.
Exhibit 014-C
Photographic evidence of the engagement at a third venue. The pattern of relocation is itself a matter of the present inquiry.
Exhibit 014-D
A further engagement of the same series. The Tribunal observes that the equine subject’s announcement of the running count is not, in any of the images of the present series, plainly evidenced.
Exhibit 014-E
The final exhibit of the present series, contested at a venue the parties have declined to identify. The Tribunal will receive further evidence on the question of the venue at its session of June next.

Requests for the inspection of the original photographic files, together with the accompanying field-observer affidavits, shall be addressed in writing to the Office of the Tribunal at the Secretariat.
